decent stay close to the tower
free water luggage storage eiffel tower early knocking stained carpet bathroom design
I really enjoyed the free water we got every day! they also stored our luggage while we went to normandy and the riviera. That was so helpful. the eiffel tower was right in view from the front! i took some great photos.
The cleaning ladies knocked on our door way before checkout. It was an hour and a half early! it felt inappropriate because we were still sleeping, and they woke us up. there were also stains on the carpets, i saw some gum smushed in, too. the bathroom design was weird.

Really good Stay with Nice Views
amazing view convenient location satisfying breakfast kind gesture
The room offered a view of a famous landmark. I found it amazing. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the readily available taxis just outside. The bar was a nice addition, and the breakfast was also quite satisfying (especially the pancakes!). I received an upgrade to a higher room. I was kinda surprised by this kind gesture.
The hairdryer in my room was not working. I had to request a replacement from the reception.

The hotel has an on-site bar. I found it convenient for evening relaxation. Breakfast service is provided, including a selection of hot and cold items. Elevators are available for easy access to all floors. I appreciated this convenience with luggage.

Taxis are consistently available directly outside the hotel. This made transportation very easy to manage. The hotel's location facilitates relaxed exploration of the nearby area. I was able to visit local attractions at my own pace.

fabulous service excellent food carpet stains musty smell
The restaurant offered fabulous service and excellent food I had a very enjoyable dinner there.
The room I received was in poor condition there were stains on the carpet I noticed the room smelled musty too the experience fell far short of expectations.

excellent options good food close metro blocked view inaccurate pictures small gym
The breakfast had excellent options. The food tasted very good (I liked the pastries!). The location was also a positive. It was very close to the metro for getting around.
The view was partly blocked by other buildings. It was not exactly as shown in the pictures online. The gym was also smaller than expected.

missing sofa luggage delay
My room did not have a sofa as advertised (where was I supposed to lounge in my Parisian apartment?). I had to wait 25 minutes for my luggage and ask three different people to get it. That delay caused me to be late for my dinner reservation.
